Randy did a fantastic job fixing my Wolf Range that was not heating. C & W is stellar - I highly recommend !!!

Between my wife and I we have called C&W 3 times for a status update on the repair of our Asko dishwasher. Each time, the receptionist told us that she would check with the parts department and get back to us. She hasn’t called us back yet, it’s been 5 weeks. Unfortunately C&W is the only certified repair company with Asko. Additionally, the tech told us it would take 2 weeks to get the part but not to worry because the dishwasher would be drain without the necessary repair. Surprise, it doesn’t drain so we have moldy stinky water in our kitchen and C&W hasn’t even bother to call us to give us an update for over a month.

The repairman (sub zero/wolf) arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. What impressed me more was that he had all the parts on his truck needed to make the extensive repair. He had even mapped out how the shelves were placed in the fridge so it took the guesswork out of putting it back together. Unfortunately, two weeks later the fridge stopped working. C&W sent out their man and he promptly replaced the faulty part sent from Wolf. This was disturbing on one level but it did show me that this company stands behind its work and thus TOTALLY deserves the five stars. Great repairs are, well, great, but a great company is fanulous!

Worked with the previous owner of our house we were purchasing to offer a repair that was almost 1k on a stovetop. On the day the repair was due to be done, the technician notified us that it couldn't be repaired and the parts were not available anymore as it was an old appliance. Was it not for the technician letting us know that, I do not know what CW planned to do for the amount noted. If we had have been told the truth that it was not fixable at the time, we could have organized something with the previous owner when closing on the house. Not trustworthy from these dealings and will not be using them.

I called this morning to get them out to check on my ice maker. The receptionist put me on hold faster than I could understand her \please hold\ statement and left me there. True, I did not use their service. However, I certainly can't let it go unspoken that their customer service is horrific and I won't be calling them againe, even if their work was fantastice.
