Had my first cleaning today and wow was it worth it. Let these people clean your place once and you won’t ever go back to doing it yourself again. Great job and great value!
I was a customer of this cleaning service for 3 years and they used to be good. However, over the last 3 weeks they have cancelled cleanings three times in a row, including one of the times they just forgot to show up. The owner made no attempt to make this right. They didn't offer to try to reschedule at a time convenient to me or offer a discount. Didn't even get a phone call with an apology. This isn't how you treat a customer of three years who tipped every time and referred this business to friends. If you chose to use D & E just know there is a chance they won't show up.
I’ve used other cleaning services in the Dallas area and no others compare to David and his team. My home was SPOTLESS when I came home. The attention to detail was insane. I’m so glad I was able to find a cleaning service that is affordable/professional... HIGHLY recommend
