I have finally decided to leave a review because I just continue to get excellent service with this company. I switched over from a different company and now realize it was the best decision ever! Phone personnel is always friendly, drivers always very professional and drive great, and their app is so easy to use and convenient. Highly recommend!!

I have now used this service 3 times, and I'm still very pleased with it! I used to to and from the airport and then to be taken to dinner. The cars are always clean, drivers have been professional, and they always have a nice bottle of water ready for me. I also liked that they offer discounts. I'm not sure what they all are, but I know for sure they offer a military discount and a senior citizen discount. I liked their mobile app which I found pretty easy to use, and that they actually have a phone number to call in case I need it. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Dallas Cadi for several years now for transportation services to and from the airport as well as when I need a ride home or to any venue. The staff have always been stellar, the service has always been on time, and their driving is safe enough to make my mom feel safe (and she doesn't like anyone's driving). Victor Romero has always made me feel like I was getting a ride with a friend, and Richard has always been prompt in responding to my requests for service. I much prefer the safety and comfort I feel from Dallas Cadi over strangers in an Uber or Lyft car.
