Haven't had any experience interacting with the teaching staff but from my initial impressions this organization is extremely unorganized. If you value your time and expect professionalism in return for your hard earned money, which they are so quick to collect, I'd look for a different place or at least get prepared for a very chaotic experience. (will update the review if they show any effort at improving their services)

I highly recommend the CNA course. It was such a fun and entertaining experience. I learned so much and I loved my teacher. She was so nice and helpful. I feel so grateful to have been able to get such a great teacher and the chance to learn in general. Mrs. Nohemi Morales was the best teacher ever!
