This place is absolutely a life saver. I moved down here from Michigan after I relapsed on heroin. They brought me into the treatment center as soon as I got down here. Entire staff is friendly and helps you get to where you need to be in your recovery when it comes to your dose . It's a private clinic and the staff is so amazing I've never had not one issue when it comes to receiving my dose. I actually have been a minute or two late and they still let me in. As far as there machine being down if your known to use your debit card there they will not turn. you down for your dose. They will just expect you to pay with your card there next day. AGAIN THIS IS THE BEST OUTPATIENT TREATMENT I'VE EVER RECEIVED. THE COST IS AMAZING FOR TREATMENT. VERY CHEAP IF YOU WANT TO STAY CLEAN.

This place really help me get my life back together my counselors Lorenzo Perez and he’s literally awesome and cares a lot I don’t know the other counselors personally but there are always nice tell me every time I walk in even their hours are very reasonable unlike a lot of other places really most places just want you in and out and only wants your money if you need help And want to go here
This is the best treatment center I've ever been to! They have gone above and beyond their own objective to help me recover. With the help of Lorenzo and the rest of the staff I'm in awe of their of speedy professionalism and kindness! I love u guys, and God be with u all!
I have an important question! Would I be allowed to guest dose there tomorrow morning if I’m coming from San Antonio? I came here to Dallas on a work trip but was asked to stay another day. So I wasn’t able to make arrangements with my counselor or doc in my original clinic back in San Antonio. I will still show up first thing in the morning to ask
I've been to other clinics before but not like this one... they are on top of their game! They dont mess around. The entire process of intake went very smoothly. And their staff genuinely cares. They take pride in their jobs and stop at nothing to be certain to give you a chance at a quality of life you may have never known otherwise.. I'm very happy with the quality of care of the wonderful people who I am. I wish I would have found this clinic sooner. But better late than never.. thanks to all the staff there at Dallas county treatment center and to Mr Lorenzo who is the best counselor I could have ever lucked into receiving.... Yall definitely get a 5 star rating from me!
