Big Cowboys fan on a layover from La to Norfolk, VA. Wanted to get a nice Dallas Cowboys polo shirt. However, the majority of the polo shirts they had had a big Nike swoosh on the front left pocket area, and then a little star on the shirt sleeve. Looked like it was promoting Nike more than the Cowboys! I know Dallas Cowboys do their own merchandising. They pioneered that with the NFL. DALLAS COWBOYS - you can do better than these crappy choices!!!!!!!! Particularly in your hometown airport!

I want you guys to know I shopped at the DFW airport pro shop on 10/25/18 & I got the greatest customer service from these 2 ladies named Shay & Kim. I don’t know if there is anyway to give them any recognition for their service but they was awesome. It is great customer service like these two ladies hear that keep customers coming back more and more, regardless of the products that you sell in the store you can buy any of that online in the convenience of your own home but to have customer service like that makes you actually want to come to the store to buy.

A super compact store but you can find things here that are most of the time sold out online (Hint, hint, eBay sellers). Pro Tip:. Look for the home game match up shirts. They are only made for that particular game and can only be found here and at the stadium during the game week.
