Karis Kendall

Dr. Peters has been my doctor for 15 years. He is kind, warm, friendly, and so good at what he does. I look forward to seeing him each time. He is so personable and with him as my doctor and surgeon I know I will be taken care of. Also the entire Dallas Ear office is filled with the kindest people, from the front desk people and admin to the audiologist, they are all great! If you need an ear doctor, please go to Dallas Ear!

Dr Hahn is just the best. We were referred to him after a 5 year long medical saga with our 6 year old son. He immediately came up with a course of action, was confident and reassuring at every decision and throughout the (successful!) surgery, and was SO personable and great with our boy. To the staff at Dallas Ear Institute, Thank you for helping patients including me using personal best and I appreciate the Cochlear Implant team for giving me this opportunity to hear better with my bionic ears. You showed me your faith that there are possibilities for people with hearing loss. My hearing is made imperfectly perfect pertaining to certain environments. Yet, I'm still using my rehabilitation tools daily by listening to audiobooks by developing my listening skills. As a child, my parents felt that they needed me to make a decision on hearing better with implants as a young adult. Today, I'm humbled with the opportunity to hear and speak almost clearly. My thanks goes to my parents as well as your staff for your counsel in the past ten years. Today, I look forward to keep encouraging others by sharing my story for people whom need treatment for hearing loss. I really admire your professional approach to help others in need. We drove 4 hours to come to the Dallas Institute because we were told they were the best. We were not disappointed. The facility & physicians were top notch from making the appointment to seeing Dr Rogers. The appointment was not rushed & Dr Rogers was very respectful & attentive to my mothers needs. He was very honest & transparent with what we could do to help her & of the exceptions. I highly recommend the Dallas Ear Institute

Kristin, the doctor, was great! Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk woman with the glasses and braids was unnecessarily rude. She said that I owed an amount more than my copay. When I asked her about it, she indicated that she wasn’t going to argue with me. I just asked a simple question. Maybe she needs a vacation
