Dr. Mooken and her nurse Maria are amazing. I went to Dr. Mooken after having a miscarriage , she did great job until I got pregnant again and provided me with all the care I needed until I delivered my baby safely. She is very attentive and gives enough time to listen to my questions and addresses it carefully. I’m happy with my experience with her and her office and every time I call to make an appointment or leave a question , I get the answer right away. Thank you for such great experience.

I had canceled my insurance right before I knew I had a situation that needed a procedure. I asked Dr. Clark how much it is without insurance, she said it was 500. I went ahead and scheduled the procedure. I got to the appointment, they had changed the price to 1500... this was confusing to me, why would they do such a thing? What’s wrong with them? Then they said that there isn’t a record of the doctor quoting me 500. And they have set The price. What? How greedy? I called offices near by and they all quoted 500 for the same procedure without insurance. I can’t believe how greedy, insincere, and dishonest this office is!

I cannot express enough how upsetting it is to have your hopes set on alleviating an ailment just to have a facility write your health off as unimportant because of greed and incompetence. Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment here. They will just cancel the appointment for a more profitable procedure; they do not care about your health, but money only. And the facility manager is terrible at “attempting” to deescalate a situation- I’m surprised she is a manager with her inept ability to rationalize and try to calm a suffering patient whose appointment was deemed unimportant or rather less valuable than a more profitable ICD Code. Find a doctor's office that actually values patient care over profits. Update: they left a note at the bottom of this that couldn't be further from the truth. They canceled my appointment 4 days out and happened to fall on a Friday afternoon before a holiday week, which didn't give me time to reschedule for another office in a timely manner. It wasn't canceled because of an \emergency\. That would actually be understandable, but instead, they canceled it solely to make more money. This place's greed is disgusting. I noticed some other reviews mentioned how they charge more than the visit might actually cost you and that you will have a difficult time receiving those funds back. STAY AWAY from this place if you value your time and money. There are facilities that actually care about patient care.

Dr. Clark is the best! I love this practice and everyone who works there. Dr. Clark did a fantastic job with my surgery and for many years has made me feel very well taken care of.

Great first impression. Dr Clark came in first to explain and discussed her recommendations and options that were available to me. Then the staff came in, assisted and left. Dr.Clark continued with her recommendations. As a deep southerner, this is never easy for me and I'm middle aged. Dr. Clark talked through the procedure and I felt very comfortable, she was done within no time. I like the fact they get you in and out. COVID has not made this easy for me, but I had to get it done. I had absolutely no issues with the staff this visit. I hope it remains this way. Thank you all. I understand, it’s not easy during these times.
