The manager of this store is EXTREMELY rude! She lied about the length of the garlands she is selling saying they are longer than they are (she told us 9ft when they are only 8) and was not willing to make up the amount of product we were supposed to get. We lost out of 4ft worth of product so we decided to call and bring this up. We called and kindly asked to get the product we payed for and she yelled at us saying she would not give us anything. She was full on screaming over the phone at us and has zero customer service skills. We have bought soooo much product from her store and given her great business and she was not willing to budge when she gave us misinformation!! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND LIED TO!!!

This place is filled with beautiful amounts of artificial flowers of high quality... I have been coming to this location since I was a little boy when my mom had a business and now that I'm grown up I come to it for my own shop an amazing owner greatstaff good quality materials at amazing prices I definitely recommend this place to any designer or florist

I am so shocked at the one star reviews. I have been coming here to shop for over 20 years and have never experienced any of this. The quality of the flowers exceptional. I have worked closely with the owner and she has always been so helpful in showing me how to create arrangements, and if i was looking for something and she didnt hv it she would slways suggest something else. I love this store and I love the owner and her help. Sue walks around always but its only to help and assist. I will always continue to purchase from here.

Clique Balloons

One of the best places I've seen to get get silk flowers in bulk. Be prepared to spend at least 50 (its required). Selection is amazing.
