I went to the SILK event tonight and it was actually really great! I made some new friends and had some great conversations. The staff and management even stopped to make sure I was having a good night when they saw me wander off alone. I am so glad they convinced me to come out tonight! I will definitely be coming back. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I want to start with the Pros here: Clean facility and equipment, especially since Covid-19 Plenty of parking and well lit Most of the staff friendly and encouraging Groups hosting events are welcoming to newbies as much as regulars. Most of the attendees are friendly. Now the Con Although everyone talks about what a great system is in place to protect its patrons, the process has not been followed. From my own personal experience and those of others I've talked with. Follow through is inconsistent at best. So, if you are new to the community, I strongly recommend bringing someone you can trust with you. If you do encounter a problem with someone else at the venue, don't waste your time reporting it to the staff, handle it directly with the person(s) involved. If you cannot do so civilly, find some alternative to ensure your own personal safety. Best, Koi
Great place to get started and find classes with helpful staff and lots of room to enjoy your time there
Magnificently ran with wonderful and knowledgeable staff
The staff is fantastic. The equipment is well kept and diverse. The patrons are friendly, kind, and considerate. And on top of all of that, they work with several great groups to provide classes and education in a safe setting. Love this place
