DFW Premium Shutters quickly came out to our home and had a quote to us same day. Reasonably priced and had the custom shutters ready in about 6 weeks and installed on the promised date. Left no mess and were very easy to contact if needed! Definitely recommend!
We had new shutters installed last week (2 July 2018) and are very pleased with the product. Everything was exactly as explained. Daniel measured and quoted us a fair price. Lead time was quoted at 4-6 weeks. However, our shutters were completed and installed in 3 weeks. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your shutters. Many thanks to Derek, Daniel and the entire DFW Premium Shutter Staff.
We had shutters installed last week. Absolutely gorgeous. They build them in Krum, Tx and I got to tour the factory. Pleasant experience. Would definately recommend. Price was great!
Buyer beware. If they won’t take your calls or answer your email after you’ve paid and installed thousands of dollars in shutters, how can they say they’ll back their warranty? No returned calls, left on hold then hung up on, excuses made for why no one could return a call, Facebook messages read and ignored, no response from email and absolutely NO reason given for this treatment. I’m filing complaints with Good Contractors List and BBB, leaving reviews with Yelp and Google. It shouldn’t be like this. Just a warning to consumers. They talk the talk but certainly don’t walk the walk. It’s terribly unfortunate.
