Worst customer service ever. Arranged to pick up expensive item rather than risk delivery. Can they provide phone # of the place to verify item is there? No sir, I have no # available. Do they provide notice when item is delivered? No. Seriously? You can't afford a computer that can send an email? Can item be picked up on weekend? No, closed. Worthless.

Very worst experience with my recent DHL shipment from USA to India. from US it looked like a very simple process to send the shipment and not much details asked by DHL team but DHL India team is worst. Everyday they are providing or looking for new information and also they made mistake on the invoice amount when they were applying custom clearance. And they have asked me to submit a letter to deputy commissioner at customs to issue the clearance because of the mistake made by DHL. On top of it they are letting me know that they might apply charges if delivery couldn't made whatsover be the reason. I would highly recommend people not to trust DHL to send the shipment to India and also do not expect that they will be sending it on the date that they are promising. For me the delay is 7 days and they are telling me that it might take 48 hours or more. Long story short, its just 30 difference compared to other international shipping and DHL and its totally worth it to consider other shipments.

I never received my package and the tracking number says delivered and signed for. They have POOR customer service. I am told everyday that someone will call me back tomorrow but I have yet to receive a call or update. I keep asking to speak with a supervisor but they place me on hold for hours and never return. The driv has stolen my package and DHL is doing absolutely nothing to hold the driver accountable.

I've been waiting on my package since 1/21/21. I'm in Fort Worth Texas and the merchant is in Dallas Texas. DHL picked up my items and still haven't delivered or sent it to the postal service. This company sucks. I will not purchase anything else from this merchant if they continue to use DHL.
