We’ve stayed for two years. The experience has been just so wonderful! Applaud Cathrine Moore, community manager is kind, responsive and supportive. Jordan is an excellent maintenance manager who has taken care of our apartment perfectly over the past years. Claire is kindhearted and joyful. They all together perfect apartment community. Highly recommend this community managed by these wonderful professionals.

I toured this past weekend with Claire and she was super helpful and attentive. She was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to the living space and apartments. Overall she provided a great experience while viewing the property
I have lived at the Domain for over 4 years and my experience has been wonderful. I have nothing bad to say. The Office Team is Amazing. I highly recommend Domain at Midtown Park. (Lol...this was not a paid endorsement) Fatima and Kara (yep, i know them by name) these two were always super responsive to my needs, even the smallest requests were met with a positive resolution. Thanks for earning this 5 star rating.
Before the change in management this place was great. Now it’s becoming run down and along with trash comes filth. Likely this will create a health hazard and invite rodents...hopefully our monthly pest fee will pay for their eradication. We pay monthly for trash pickup with our rent. Under old management this ever happened. Good luck picking up packages left at the office if you’ve got a real job. Office hours that are not convenient for the tenants...
I went to see an apartment and toured the gym. I couldn’t believe how clean it was. It even smelled great. The apartment we saw was gorgeous! The manager I think that is who she was, anyway we were going back to the office and ran into a lady named Jenny. She was super friendly and upbeat. Turns out she is the person who takes care of the gym and the apartments when people move out.. It was such a pleasure to meet someone who seemed to sincerely like her job. We will be going back in the spring when our lease is up! Hope Jenny is still working there! Apartments were really nice! Thank you
