Staff were helpful, polite and respectful, store stocked with seemingly just about everything for horse riding, regardless of whether you're doing so competitively or casually. My only possible complaint would be the smell; don't know if it was just me, but all the polish, leather, and chemicals they carry radiate various foul odors, so be prepared for that. I definitely see myself returning, though; it's a proper saddlery location.

Better deals than you can find on Amazon with a fair and reasonable return policy. If they don't have the thing they will find and order you the thing. Everyone is awesome and helpful. Kind if like a casino it's good to decide your budget before you just pop in for fly spray or saddle soap otherwise you'll spend all the money! This is my happy place.

Everyone in the store is helpful and knowledgeable our eight year old girl is riding English hunting / Jumping. Even the smaller children’s sizes are well fitted and she begs to go to Dover .
