Dr. Chung did a complex very scary procedure with a good chance of temporary nerve damage and a real potential for permanent nerve damage. He preformed the surgery perfectly and was calming throughout the experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I now have peace of mind. A
I just had my tonsils taken out by Dr. Andy Chung. His staff and him are very nice, professional, personable, and on the ball about calling you back. His head nurse, Charlotte, is amazing and has been very helpful through this process as well. I haven’t had any complications with my surgery either. If you need your tonsils out, I would highly recommend going to Dr. Chung.
Very Unprofessional. He had me wait for one hour in lobby and 30 minutes in his room and finally he did not give me a straight answer about my concerns. He was just trying to finish up fast so he could see another patient in the other room.
