Love this dry cleaner they have great customer service. They are quick and professional at all times. I discovered them about a year ago been going here every since they have two locations one in Inglewood and Beverly Hills. Below locations are amazing. Fernando is the best and he is extremely nice. Also, he was very helpful with all my questions. I couldn't recommend a better place.

Update: they acknowledged the mistake. Fortunately, I had a warranty for the comforter that I didn’t know of. It's unfortunate that this place has such great reviews yet I was given such poor service. I took my very expensive comforter to Dry Clean Super Center to be dry cleaned. I specifically said the comforter needed to be dry cleaned as the care label is not on there anymore. I also know that a washed comforter can come out lumpy so I wanted to avoid that. What was I given? A deflated, lumpy comforter that clearly was not handled with the care that this company boasts. Additionally, it was more wrinkled than I've ever seen a comforter be which indicates to me that they shoved it in a bag before it was done drying. When you take an expensive item to be cleaned, you trust that it'll be handled with care but I cannot trust Dry Cleaning Super Center to do handle my items now. When I called to ask how it was washed, they could not answer that question. The young man I spoke with did not even attempt to remedy the situation. All I was told was \our owner will be here tomorrow. Talk to him.\ Perhaps a quick refresher in customer service is what this place needs.

I’ve been coming here since I first moved to Dallas 6 years ago & they’re wonderful! Their customer service is amazing & the guys here make my day all the time with how friendly they are. They make running an errand like dropping off/picking up dry cleaning such an unexpected joy!

Paid 45 to overnight clean a bridesmaid dress for my wife on Friday night for a Saturday wedding. This place tore the dress and the bridesmaids had to immediately do a quick sow to fix it for pictures. Location refused to issue a refund with picture evidence and said I would have to bring it in which wasn’t possible due to it being used for wedding pictures. Poor Customer service for such an expensive cleaning charge.
