I came here to rent a car just after reserving it online. There was one customer in front of me, one person at the counter, and one agent working the front desk, with a 20 minute wait. I was called up and quickly processed. The agent apologized for the wait and I departed. The agent nor the exit gate lady commented on avoiding the toll roads on the way our. I just assumed it was to collect the money from the renters for full use of the toll road. I wouldn't believe it was so difficult to tell the people renting the vehicles to stick to the service road to exit, but that's my opinion. The vehicle was nice and fairly new. When I return the vehicle that lady out in the return Lane was very friendly and helpful.

This company took our reservation.With no way to contact anyone there is no one answering there phones to handle any sort of issue. When we arrived in DFW airport there was no one at the desk just a sign telling us to go to a different company that would be handling our rental. Rented a 2 door car,Which was not available.They put us in a full size suv more vehicle than needed 3 times as much the fuel to operate. At no time was a premium package offered to us. This package apparently carries a toll tag as well.We are not from Texas so it would have been nice to know about your toll situation.All your tolls are apparently cash less. There for its a little hard to pay it once we were aware.....The biggest kicker here that shows how much they appreciate your service is the Toll charge totaled 2.70 they billed me 32.70 So to recap no one is available to answer the phone for issues. No one is at there booth! There sending you to another rental company to get your stuff. I know it says that you may get that car or similar but a Yaris to dodge grand caravan is not even close.No one was there at the time of drop which is mandatory to put to reserve.A gentleman from another lot from a different rental company let us into the lot so we didn't miss our flight..These people are not around to help,service or anything they are riding off the backs off the other companies there.However someone is somewhere from this company sending out invoices ... but no one is conveniently there to talk to. While in the meantime the toll office is charging late fees. This company has a money grabbing scheme in place. AVOID AT ALL COST.What you think your saving for the car once you get there and stuck you have to take what they give .

Staff is great and helpful. However... Company overcharged me when I dropped off the car early. I had to go through three people to get the issue resolved. The problem is that this created a situation where I was 30 min later to airport. I wonder how often this company overcharges believing people will simply eat the cost. I had my contract in hand but the company kept suggesting I owed more, would not examine the issue, or honor the contract I signed when I picked up the car. Dominica at the DFW Advantage counter was very direct, took care of my problem, and apologized for the issue. Probably best to stick with a company that has a higher rating than this one.

We made a reservation at 5:15am because they claim they open at 5am. However we get here and no one is available which it's ok if it was 10 or 15 min but we have been waiting for 30 minutes and after calling the 1-800 twice they finally told me that they were on break! You just opened and you leave to break? Worst customer service possible!

At DFW Airpoirt. The car that I was given needed maintenance and when it broke down, needed to be towed. The battery was completely dead and would not take a jump. I had only driven 75 miles total. I dealt with the broken down car for over 8 hours and in the end, rather than give me a full refund, I was charged.
