Beware. Amy Schultz will tell you “we have a deal” and then the following day tell you “actually we might have another offer coming in.” Extremely unprofessional. It was evident that she did not disclose to her client the full terms before verbally committing to the contract. If you want a professional and competent realtor, I wouldn’t choose Amy.
