I have purchased three cars from Credit Union of Texas, Loan officer Magan Lynch referred me to their lease department to see if it made sense to lease. The answer is no, John Tatum at fair lease in my opinion is very dishonest. 1. he is a true car salesman and is not looking out for what is in the best interest of their clients. To summarize the details, I have very good credit first of all that qualifies me for the best interest rate loan. Now out of all the questions that I asked this guy he never conveyed to me that it would cost me and additional 3000.00 to lease the car that I was interest in. I only found out these details as I was viewing the documents to sign and I noticed that from the sales price to the final price was a 11,000.00 difference in price with no detail information so at that point I called him for a detail description of the charges. When he started to studier I new that he was not being honest with me. Anyone with good credit forget leasing and for those with bad credit god bless you. Because people like John Tatum and fair lease will simply stick it to you. It’s my hope that this review will help someone to keep from being taken advantage of by snakes like this.

Gabe Jimenez went above and beyond!!!! I recently purchased a truck from their offlease specials and it was a great experience!! I heard they had great deals on turned in leases and they were available for purchase. I found the perfect truck and he worked around my schedule to set up my test drive. The VERY NEXT DAY my truck was delivered to my house, fully detailed and with a full tank of gas. He went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you are shopping for a great preowned deal, skip the long day at the dealership and reach out to him first.

John THANK YOU!!! This is my first time dealing with FairLease and I can't say enough nice things about my first experience. John Tatum was a perfect person for me. He was patient, thorough, and was a very pleasant and personable. He went above and beyond for me by working with my schedule. Today, it's rare to have GREAT customer service, a great customer experience. My car, my first lease car, a 2018 Toyota Camry, is perfect for me! I love, love, LOVE it. It's a Aquatic Blue, that I've named Mystic because of the different variations you see when you're in either the sunlight, or at night. John offered to have my car delivered to whatever location I wanted, but I came to pick it up, I was so excited.
