Dr.Fallena has a very good, scientific approach, skilled, and is very friendly. I usually use the Grapevine office, where all of the staff members are also very polite and helpful. The main office is in Dallas - the admin staff there are a bit different and not as cooperative and supporting as Dr.Fallena herself or the office members in Grapevine... patients for them just seem to be unpleasant work and they do not care about patients needs. Lot of opportunities for improvements...

My mother was seeing Dr. Fallena a while back, and every time she would go she would give her an attitude and sarcasm. I am not sure if it is because of her age or she thinks her pain was not eal\...arthritis is painful at any stage and my moms is very progressive. She needs to be more compassionate with older people.

Dr. Fallena is excellent. Empathetic, listening carefully, and very sharp. She knows what she’s doing, and cares for each patient. Dr. Fallena is also quick to answer emails, and calls when she has a concern about test results.
