The staff of the Fast-Fix Jewelry repair are very courteous and care about you as a customer. I had to repair a diamond in my wife’s wedding ring. They found that the prongs on the main diamond were also loose, so they tightened it and replaced the other baguette diamonds. They did a wonderful job cleaning the ring, too. Their prices were very competitive with other jewelry repair places that I’ve used in the past. I’d recommend them for your repairs, especially Steve Jacobs. He knows exactly what he’s doing with jewelry repair.

I took a damaged watch in for repairs. Most importantly, this is the only business I could find that would reconstruct the damaged parts of my watch or take a risk outside of some corporate norm and I really appreciate it. The repair exceeded my expectations as I was kept up to date with repair status. Everyone at the store was polite and provided fast, friendly and solid service. I even got reward points to use for future visits. ;)

Came in here expecting to wait for a few prongs on my ring to be tightened. In a few minutes the polite gentleman upfront had gone and come back with my ring, the stone sitting perfectly tight. Fast, easy, well-priced service and conveniently located in Northpark mall (Level 2 by Macy’s).
