FCS Foundation repair did an excellent job with our foundation repair. Rodrigo is very knowledgeable, responsive, and informative. He answered every question I had. He coordinated everything from pulling permits, scheduling plumbing inspection, to scheduling the engineering company to certify the work. All was included in his initial quote. The job was completely finished in just a few days but done very professionally. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I would give 6 stars if possible for Rodrigo. He really helped me out with other issues unrelated to the foundation repair. His knowledge is amazing. I highly recommend this company. Extremely fair prices too!
Rodrigo was fantastic. He broke everything down on what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. His employees did a great job and in a timely manor. They charged a very reasonable price. We definitely would use them again if we needed to and we’ll also be telling all our friends & family about them if they also need work done.
We used FCS after buying our first house and needed foundation work after our inspection. They were professional, responsive, honest, and very quick but efficient. Rodrigo answered all of my questions and provided great explanation on their lifetime warranty. It took them less than 2 days to fix our foundation to perfect condition. If you’re looking for very reasonable pricing and great foundation work, Rodrigo and his team are the guys to go with.
FCS did an excellent job repairing my pier and beam foundation. They took an Engineer’s report, made a competitive bid and then repaired the foundation in under a week. They communicated the situation well and even went above and beyond what the engineer documented (for no additional charge). Highly recommend - thanks Rodrigo!
