Horrific company to deal with. They will try to extract every last dollar from you. Service technicians are clueless. Sales guys in the office will harass you to no end to replace equipment that does not need replacing. After spending hundreds of dollars for them to try and troubleshoot a simple error in our fire detection equipment, and them telling me I had to spend thousands on a new control panel, I eventually lost patience and called another company. the issue was resolved in 1 hour for 200. I then cancelled my monitoring with Firetrol and months later I am still given the run around for a 400 refund that is due to me for the annual monitoring. The only thing these guys care for is invoicing you, and the bigger the better. do yourself a favour and stay away.

Very simple job to begin with, 2 days in and out...2 weeks before turnover they tell us we have to increase pipe and head size for our stock room. It's the same system and stockroom 5 spaces down! The ceilings are painted already, wall finishes and floors are all done. This is not an organized company. The workers end up suffering for managements mistakes. If you need sprinkler work and there's another option besides Firetrol, then use them or you'll probably regret it.

Very inexperienced in the access control field. They had a guy that they had just hired (literally day 1 on the job) come to install our system. There have been problems every since. Please if you're doing access control, don't even consider them. I can't speak for any of their other services, but I can tell you that every time I call up there, I always have to be called back. The \service department\ obviously can't get it together. We have an issue with a door at our company, its been a day and a half, and there still isn't a service order in. I just called in again, and they told me that \service\ wasn't there, and that I would have to be called back again. This company is extremely disorganized. It's disappointing, and very frustrating.

Firetrol inspector came in for an annual inspection and created an estimate for us to add additinal fire sprinklers and a 5 year inspection. I had another company comeout and perform the inspection again just to get a second opinion. Needless to say the entire inspection was an attempt to run up the bill. Previous 5 year inspection was performed in 2015 and wasn't needed until 2020. Additional sprinklers weren't suggested by a different company as well.
