they up sold us on a warranty plan and two different units that were not effective and they plumbed them wrong and had to come back- they gave inaccurate information about the warranty as well as told us that we did not have to drain the on demand water heater each year. they left off a pipe to keep lint from coming in unit and my husband called mfg and had to have them out again. They caused a flood in our attic that went through the upstairs ceiling and they caused natural gas leak to fill our house. they put in GFI's in the kitchen and it was wrong color. it took a month and 5 calls to get it resolved. we canceled the warranty plan. they send out untrained staff that do no know what they are doing. I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about their house. they work slow and seem to ride the clock instead of getting the job done efficiently. We ended up going back to a regular water heater and ditched both on demand systems. not effective and costs more money.

A First Call Service Pro technician diagnosed a bad sewer pipe and provided a 5000 estimate to repair. He told me the pipe had failed and absolutely needed replacing. I retained a local company to do the work for half the price. They excavated the area near the pipe only to learn it was in perfect working condition. First Call refused to stand behind their diagnosis. You should be very wary of doing business with this company. The owner, Scott Parr, is not even a licensed plumber and apparently has no business morals.

I worked for this company, and quit. They are very unprofessional, and very dishonest. From my experience they are only concerned about making money, and not the quality of their work. The people running the company and the owner have no experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical... and it shows. I would highly recommend avoiding doing any kind of business at all with them.
