This is an awesome company! I first started buying carpet from them (Melanie) in 2003. 17 years later I walked in and Melanie was still there. She helped us pick out some great carpets and arranged for the installation. Martin and Antonio are excellent carpet installers. They came on time, worked their you-know-what’s off, didn’t even break for lunch. Their work was top flight. Great team, Melanie, Martin, Antonio and all the people behind the scenes who I haven’t mentioned. 5 stars. Can’t wait for 2037!

My experience with your company began with Joey Jobe who was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in selecting the products that I wanted for my entire home. I selected both carpet and vinyl planks which have made my home a warm and welcoming place. Dustin and his crew were professional and did an outstanding job of installing the vinyl planks. I can certainly recommend First Floors to anyone.
Same company that laid out flooring when we built house, added tile to remainder of common areas, absolutely amazing! They were thorough, clean, professional, informative and did not leave a mess when done! 100% satisfied! Rafael best installer and Melanie was very helpful through the process.
