Quality service experience from quality people. All were eager to make me comfortable and were not prejudice toward my evident female gender. I’ve been overlooked and condescended at other maintenance shops, but at Five Star Ford, I felt at ease knowing my opinion and concerns were properly addressed. When I left the center, my flat tire light came on and I called the service center immediately. They told me to come back and they would adjust the pressure accordingly. To my surprise, they added a free oil change to my account as a result of the inconvenience. If you’re looking to feel seen and to have all your car troubles resolved in a timely manner, this is the place to go.
