Total scam!! My wife and I signed up with Five Star Vacations and were apprehensive right away, but could not get anyone to return our call so that we could cancel. Their cancellation policy is 72 hour from the time you sign up. We were never able to use the offers that they had advertised during the presentation program. We called them for 7 different vacation opportunities (during the 1 year enrollment that we could not get out of) and were able to find cheaper rates online without them. I thought I was getting in on the ground floor of a great travel company, but I quickly found out that I was the ground they were walking on. DON'T EVEN GO TO THE PRESENTATION MEETING -- TOTAL SCAM, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY !!

total scam - do not give these people any money!! they have gone under and are not answering emails and their phone number on website has been disconnected. we are going to turn them into BBB.
