Our experience has been with Chris, Karen, Robert and his crew. However, If you want to deal with people who don't show up on time, who start the work prior to receiving and confirming the material, who won't take blame for anything and just blame their supplier for their wrongdoings, blame the construction business for late delivery, someone who you have to follow up with all the time, someone who don't cleanup after, someone who can't turn things off after use and just leave them running, who won't lock your doors when they leave for the day, and someone who violate their contract by placing charges on your credit card prior to the completion of the job.... this is the company you should use for flooring. We will never use this company again and will not recommend this company to our friends and family members. 08/04/2018 Update: Adding pictures to show their quality work: Dirty floors after they sweeped and mopped two times. All the quarter round end pieces were left unsecured, and the significant air gap between the quarter rounds and planks in the master bedroom. Replying to Dan's feedback: I wonder how common are these complaints that you have to know my name? And, which one of my complaint is a simple matter to rectify? I have complained about same things when i called you several weeks ago and you still haven't done much to rectify the issues. Do you think i paid over 6000 for this? I also asked you last time we spoke, what was your crew doing in our jacuzzi tub, they drained out the water and left the jets on for hours. I'm still waiting for your response on this. We found Flooring Direct through a Facebook Marketplace ad and we are certainly glad we did! We ended up with just the right color and texture for our home. And the installers were simply the best! The carpet on our stairs and upstairs is patterned and the installer did a phenomenal job. Our new carpet looks and feels amazing and we saved over 2000 compared to the other flooring company we were planning to use. I will highly recommend Flooring Direct to anyone I know who is in the market for new flooring.

Usually I don't take the time to review products or services online, but flooring is such a big expense that I owe it to others to give my opinion. I chose Flooring Direct to replace some worn out carpet in the home I'm moving into. I was very satisfied with the process of getting an estimate, scheduling the installation, and the installation day itself. I liked how the salesperson brought several samples over and took the time to explain the quality and cost difference between each option. The estimate also came in about 200 less than a similar quote from a competing company. The two gentlemen putting the carpet in (Francisco and José) were very friendly, professional, did a quality job, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm especially happy with the nice work they did on the stairs, wrapping the carpet around each tread rather than using the cheaper and easier \waterfall\ method. For three bedrooms, a flight of stairs, and a few small closets, the job took about 4-5 hours. I'd use this company again in the future if needed! Very good experience.
