I went in for a consultation after seeing so many positive reviews. I already had braces on for a year and my treatment was going fine until I had to move to Dallas. But I was shoked to find out that I need to have a jaw surgery performed in order to continue with my braces. He told me that without the surgery I wont see any progress and it was a must. This got me so scared so I went on to see a different orthodontist and I was told that there is no need to perform a surgery and I could just continue my case. I was sad that I wasted almost 800 for an hour consultation but at the same time I am happy that I didnot listen to his advice and agreed to perform a jaw surgery. So I kindly suggest you all to go for a second opinion before starting your journey with Dr. Fashemo.
