I’ve worked for FRG for over 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The sky is the limit within the organization, and they give you the tools you need in order to succeed. This is a base commission role, and like any sales position, your success is based off of how hard you work. I wouldn’t say this is a 9-5 job, but you can find balance if you stay organized, and work smart (once again, like in any sales role). If you’re looking to work for a company that offers internal growth, the ability to relocate (if that’s something that interests you, we have tons of US offices and are global) and somewhere where you’re able to make uncapped commission, then FRG would be a great opportunity for you!

Wonderful group, however their new Dallas office has work to do. I was contacted by a recruiter who was impressed with my qualifications and agreed I would be a perfect candidate. I continuously had to follow up for two weeks with this recruiter for the first phone interview, we finally spoke over the phone and it went great, she wanted me to come in for a face to face interview with the team, again I had to follow up with her until she replied to schedule the first meeting. The day I met with some of the team members I was not interviewed, this was an interrogation by what seemed to be fresh out of college sorority girls, one of the girls kept adding negative remarks to my work experience, she went so far to belittle my current profession. The entire ordeal was unprofessional, uncomfortable and an absolute waste of time.
