Took a short vacation to Dallas, Tx the week after the blizzard. Stayed downtown at The Joule. On the drive to Dallas got a flat, had to change it. Happens. Thought to myself, don’t have a spare need to get that fixed. Decided a new set of tires would be better. Called 4 wheel parts, need an appt. BOO. Called Freeway Tire Shop. I needed the tires installed that day because I was leaving the next. The tires I wanted weren’t even in stock when I called but they got em there and installed them the same day! Here comes the cherry on top...I asked JR if they could drop my truck off at my hotel. Not a problem! The absolute best service I’ve ever had, anywhere. JR thanks for the job well done. When the wife’s Rover is due for tires we’re coming back to Dallas and back to Freeway Tire Shop.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. Brought my car to JR earlier this year for a issue with my engine not turning over . He told me it was my motor that wasn’t striking so he offered a used motor. After fixing my vehicle, I started experiencing trouble a sound a few months later. I called And it was hard getting in touch with Jr and he never called back when I’ll leave messages. I finally Get JR and he have the worse customer service. Told me it’s not his motor before even looking at the car. (My attitude at that point was no good). I demanded my car be looked at (because I have a WARRANTY) & he said no he not looking at it. I go To look at the reviews and see others have had issues with JR. He has terrible service especially when things aren’t right. Highly not recommend!!!!! Unsatisfied

I was on my way home from work at 7 at night and hit a massive pothole on the highway.. had to pull onto the service road and just happen to stop right in front of this shop. I had planned on sitting there until my boyfriend could come and change my tire. I got lucky because the owner of the shop was still there and came out and was so nice and changed my tire in the cold and rainy weather!!!!
