Major Ginsberg and his son sold out my case. The led me on for 3 yrs on a 750,000 lawsuit they never even investigated. By the time I got it to another atty to evaluate, time had expired. They cant be trusted, point blake. They talk a good game only to sell your case out for a profit. Bad business.

If you are looking for a Worker's Comp attorney look somewhere else. This has been a horrible experience from the beginning. The paralegal talks to you like if you're an ignorant person instead of taking the time to fully explain the process. I requested many times an appointment to go over my case but I was always denied. Don't make the same mistake I made and go with someone else. This was just a waste of time and money!
