This was a great experience and quality service from Marcus at Headliner Magic. I went to his shop and he walked me through the application and tips on how to do the project. I also bought the glue and headliner which was top quality. Highly recommend this company for all headliner needs. Thanks Marcus!

I really enjoyed my experience with Marcus. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. He fixed my cab door as well as the headliner that I was coming in for. Like me he likes to see things done and done right. I will refer anyone who to him who needs headliner repair.
This is the 2nd time I’ve used Headliner Magic. I have no experience ordering materials from them (I read some recent negative reviews about material orders), but twice now they have done an excellent job replacing the headliner in two different vehicles for me. The quality of work is excellent. It’s important when the new material is glued to the headliner board, that the correct amount of glue is applied. Too much can cause dimples (low spots) in the headliner appearance. Too little and the headliner will fail prematurely. It’s also important how the material is initially pressed onto the glue. These guys have the knowledge and experience to do it correctly the first time. I highly recommend Headliner Magic.

Took a bit of time to get my Headliner. When I got my liner it was defective.. But the owner met me the next day and Brought me a new one.. Great service!
Center console arm rest was destroyed on my Acura, got it back looking brand new oem with good turn around time. Lots of options if you were to go custom as well with quality work!
I had high expectations for this place with so many good reviews but my experience has been the total opposite. I placed an order on 6/1 and now it is 8/19 and I have yet to receive my headliner. I understand there have been supply chain disruptions and the post office is a mess but 2-3/4 months is little extreme. After about 3 weeks I called and was told the material is on back order and was told "an email was sent letting customers know that it was on back order" well for me, this never happened and it was NOT in my junk folder. I was told it was expected to be in stock on or around July 3 (within a week roughly). It never came. I called again the first week of August and was told it was in stock, they were very sorry, took my order number and promised that it would ship out "tomorrow". Here we are 8/19 and no product still. I have called several times before 1P CST and no answer. The voicemail has been recently shut down so you can no longer leave a message nor is there a message "You have reached Headliner Magic" anymore. This place seems sketchy to me. Be careful shopping here is all I can say. ****I upgraded to 2 stars only because after nearly 3 months it took a bad Google review to get my order sent to me. I get it's a small business but it only takes 5-10 minutes a week to do a quick check of orders to verify what has an has not been fulfilled. Even if you had 500 hand written orders it's a yes or no process.**** The material was as expected. Was good enough to get the job done and looks fine.
