There are two women from Baylor Scott & White Medical Centers (Brianna from McKinney and Stephanie from Frisco-Centennial) who should be honored and admired for their dedication to assisting patients retrieve their medical records. I needed my records to take to another facility so the medical personnel there could compare the images/reports and advise my doctor of the comparisons to the new tests. When calling in I was bounced around from department to department until I was connected to Brianna (McKinney facility). She was so kind, listened and found exactly who I needed to speak with at BS&W Centennial. She contacted Stephanie at BSW-Centennial and it was determined that Stephanie was the person I needed to speak with. Brianna connected me to Stephanie. I explained my situation with Stephanie and she checked that my records were still there and said she would have them ready for me the next day. She even explained the procedure to retrieve them as we deal with COVID issues. I cannot express how these two ladies lowered my blood pressure and made me smile once again simply by caring and assisting me in my search. Thank you. The Personnel department at both of these facilities need to honor these two ladies. They are keepers!

Alexis Cunningham answered when I called today and I was needing to get some past medical records for my husband that we needed for an upcoming appointment. We were having issues and she was so professional and friendly and was willing to help us. She let me know the process and delivered earlier than expected. It is so nice to talk and work with such a pleasant person and I am so thankful for all her help. This would have normally been such a big ordeal and it could not have been any better! Thank you!!!
