I gave it 2 stars just for still being in business. Helen is a very rude woman. Instead of answering my question she hung up on me. I called back to make sure the call hadn't dropped. After she heard I was interested in establishing a networking relationship with her and not trying to place a loved one in her care she just hung up on me again without a word. I don't think I want a relationship of any type with her now and I feel for the clients in her care.

This facility look well maintained and is in a good area close to stores as well as by the Dallas bus line. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for an assisted living to give it a try. The owner is very hands on with the care of the residents and you can see that she cares l

Poorly kept. Rats running across the floor big as possums. Bug infested. The owner and manager ms Helen is crazy and need to be a client. This facility is located in the heart of south Dallas and drug infested and has been busted for drugs and the caretaker is very abusive towards the clients. I think that this facility needs to be closed down. This is a poorly kept facility and ms Helen is evil and verbally abusive to the clients. She allows her clients to do drugs and drink on the property.

It is not like most assisted living places. There are spacious rooms, home cooked meals, freedom from restrictions and much more. Miss Helen is lively, pretty and fun. She is one busy lady, but we see her almost daily. She is conscientious about providing transportation to doctor's appointments and other important places. Drop on by! Miss Debra is the house manager and she makes everyone feel welcome.
