Highland Park Housekeeping are simply THE BEST in Dallas. I have tried many cleaning services before I became a regular with HPH for over 3 years now. Team E led by Erika are fabulous! They are so professional and efficient and pay attention to details. They take initiative and go above and beyond to make sure every inch of the house spotless and smells wonderful. I have tried their basic clean, deep clean and move in and move out cleaning services. Their excellent service has been consistent if not getting better over the years.

Highland Park Housekeeping continues to impress me every time a new team cleans my home. The booking process is seamless and their office is available to answer any questions by text or call. On the day of my 3-hour deep clean appointment, the team showed up on time and were extremely professional through the entire process (even when I had to stay home during the clean). My house was spotless and disinfected by the time they were done. I will continue to book with Highland Park Housekeeping and highly recommend anyone in the Dallas area to do the same! If you own an apartment or townhome with roommates, they also make it very easy to book a 1-hour clean for your personal space in a shared home.
I have used HP Housekeeping a few times and love their service! Working from home it feels IMPOSSIBLE to keep my house clean and they have done a wonderful job. The staff is very responsive and professional. They are always on time and do a great job. Leave my house sparkling! Team I (Tricia and Maribel) are awesome. I am home while they clean and they do a great job of keeping it professional.
Team I including Tricia and Maribel helped my wife and me with a Deep Clean after our move-in to our new home. Despite the multiple boxes and items still unpacked, Tricia and Maribel were terrific. They were early to the appointment, professional, attentive, and our home was well-cleaned. I would recommend this company and their Team I. We also had a positive experience with the company's programming/booking individual. You may be required to leave a voicemail with your information, but we always received same day call-back. Once our appointment was scheduled, the programming/booking individual was thorough in following-up to confirm timing, and inquire about details of our home to ensure their team was prepared. We had to back our appointment up a couple times with our move and painters, and Highland Park Housekeeping was accommodating and understanding each time. Overall, great experience.
I had a great experience with Lucy and Elizabeth this morning. They were both really sweet and very thorough. We have a husky and a preschooler so it's always dust bunnies and sticky stuff hiding in random places coming home and seeing it gone (even from the top of the mantle where I can't reach) was great. I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations- I can see my reflection in all the surfaces! Will definitely request them again - thanks so much ladies!
