Do not order from this vendor. Item was purchased through Home Depot. Shipping label was created by Home Depot but product was never delivered by the vendor to ship out. Order was made over 2 weeks ago to have time to arrive by Christmas for my mother. My mother will not be receiving this due to poor customer service from this vendor. Expected delivery date was 12/18/2020 and now nobody knows where my 250 product is at. Red flag also that they dont have a phone number where you can actually speak with someone.

If you exit Garland Rd from 635 E, turn right, towards Arboretum, and then take a Left on Santa Anna. If you get to Shiloh, you've gone too far.
never received my jewelry box. It took me threatening legal action and claims with the BBB; in total I have sent three emails. When I sent the email with the threats, I finally received a tracking number to UPS claiming delivery 8/28. No such delivery has occurred. I have a claim open with UPS as well. As of this moment I am out 200 plus taxes and shipping. I will update this and re-rate if I ever receive my jewelry box. buyer beware until then
I agree that you can’t get ahold of anyone! Did what they tell you to which was to go online & “ open a new ticket “ to which they never replied.Actually they replied but only to say we will reply soon but they have not . I hate companies that give nooooo customer service & what is worse they lie to you. Just tell the truth and tell us ,” you’re on your own ! We sell you an item Period! Don’t expect anything more from us “! The item itself is nice enough& the price was good but the company service is non -existent.
