I have been a client for 4 years, both morning and evening care off and on over that time. My caregivers mostly assist with transfers, clothing and lymphedema garments. Dad had Alzheimer's care from them as well. Friendly, professional office staff and caregivers. Caregivers for the most part are knowledgeable and attentive to clients’ needs. I have recommended this company before to others needing home health care.

UPDATE: we still continue with this great service! Marion is a great companion, listener, conversational, attentive to MIL’d needs. And office staff continues to do their best always! ******* Have had this service since about 2017. Have had four different caregivers who have all been pleasant and helpful to my MIL. We have had a few others for additional days when we needed and were attentive to her needs. We have had a few times where the usual caregivers at the time were late or had an emergency but we were contacted and chose to forgo a different caregiver for that time, but Homewatch was very willing & ready to have a substitute. We are fortunate that my MIL is pretty self sufficient, however, her eyes are failing her so she appreciates the companionships & the cleaning of her bathroom & bedroom. (I appreciate it too).
