Jennifer was very helpful and so responsive in our application process for renting a house. These days the market is pretty crazy and you find a house you like, you apply, but it seems like someone always beats you to it. Jennifer made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. Rented a home in Dallas TX, on move inspection numerous faults were noted. Broken windows, damaged doors, malfunctioning plumbing and broken lights. Two weeks passed before I moved in to the home and nothing was repaired as promised.Two months in the window glass repair measurements were taken. The kitchen and laundry room drains are no longer functional. The property was rented with no refrigerator, so as a renter I provided my own. Toilets were leaking and running constantly, those again were repaired myself due to failures to respond by the landlord or management company. The air conditioner functions however is unable to keep up on hot days, repair company recommended replacement and the heater portion is no longer functional due to burned out safety sensors.
