This review was initially a single star (see below). I posted the review this morning and within an hour had received a call from Ighty and realized there had been a miscommunication. They were on site within an hour and had the network purring shortly thereafter. Would highly recommend working with them and encourage anyone to give them the benefit of the doubt if a problem arises. They stand behind their commitments. The primary reason for this review is poor scheduling. and follow up. The techs are easy to work with and generally competent. However, the office staff and schedulers seem to be clueless. After 3 visits to optimize a functioning spectrum enterprise fiber network provisioned via Ubiquiti Unifi equipment, we are completely offline and shut down. Things seemed to be progressing fairly well until the third visit. Within hours of their departure, the network went down. Of course we immediately called to let them know and schedule a follow up for the next day. Unfortunately, they refused to schedule us until the new year!!!! We have no connectivity and they are responsible.....and they expect our business to wait 3.5 weeks to resolve? Are you kidding?! Year end is critical and we would be out of business if we waited for them to get around to a remedy next year. This is unacceptable and I would recommend looking elsewhere for IT support.

Business IT Support : Thank you for checking in and yes everything is working properly and I haven't had any problems with the scanner since it was looked at. I love the service I was given, the tech was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to work with me and get this issue resolved. Thank you again for all your help and support.

Me being a Latin young guy, it was hard at the beginning trying to get new custumers but with the work that Kk and his amazing team did and keep doing our company is growing in every aspect and the best part and more important the trust that this company provides and give to their clients by doing the right thing at THE RIGHT PRICE!!!! 2 happy years working with them and I hope we can do a lot more !!!!

This place is literally awesome. All their techs are really smart. I first reached out to them about 3-4 years ago, and I can tell they have definitely grown in size over the years. They have a great business model, super effective.
