First experience today getting my elderly father to a doctor appointment in a wheelchair. The driver was excellent and so caring and conscientious. When we needed pickup sooner than expected, they accommodated as this was his first time out after a difficult recovery. We greatly appreciated the driver treating our dad like he was his most important passenger of the day.
We used Integrity Shuttle to transport my grandmother. They did an amazing job and the driver was so caring and made my grandmother feel safe! We plan on using them again!! Called Integrity at the last minute and they had a driver at the hospital within the hour to pick up my dad! Very professional driver and very nice vans.
I use integrity for our transport company and have always been very pleased with their friendly customer service and they answer the phone in a prompt manner. They always make sure to make appropriate adjustments to get our residents to and from their Dr's appointment on time. Will continue to use them!
I called this morning for a wheelchair transport to the ER and was told that the company is open 24hrs. I called backup shortly thereafter and scheduled a transport. The driver did not take the most direct route but I didn't mind as I prepaid. I called back to schedule a pick up from the ER and was told that they are closed. The last driver finished at 10 pm. My call was placed at 10:07 pm. No offer to assist me in any way to transport my wheelchair bound brother from the ER. Thank God I followed in my Corolla. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get my brother in my Corolla by myself. Thanks Integrity. Signed stuck at the ER
