Valet parking at the PF Chang's entrance to Northpark is a joke. Took more than a half hour to get my car - apparently the text feature doesn't work. It wasn't just me -- people were crowded around waiting for cars. And we ate early - prime time for people leaving was yet to come. Glad I wasn't there. No excuse for this. Note, the valet drivers themselves were not rude - they were just as frustrated as the rest of us.

One of the workers at North Park was recklessly driving in the cars, speeding and honking at customers. She pulled my car around and blew my horn at some patrons trying to unload from a car, and rudely passed them as they were attempting to move out of her way. If they wouldn’t have stopped, she would’ve hit them in my car. She got upset when we saw the visible disgust on my face and said I’ll never use their service again. She stood in my doorway arguing with me before taking pictures of my tags.

I had the worst experience after visiting my father at the hospital. I came down right at 30 minutes which should be free. I waited to be helped for 2 minutes and one of the attendants said its 32 mins she has to pay without even looking at my face. It was very rude. The manager said not to worry about it and he was very nice but this type of service at a hospital is not good. I am already upset that my Dad is there and I did not have to deal with rude valet parking drivers.
