We recently had some minor damage to our roof in Arlington. I had used JNT for an entire roof replacement several years ago and was very pleased with their work. As this job looked fairly small I decided to call an independent roofer. Bad idea. I called three companies and only one attempted to return my call! And that person would only text and would not call me. He said he would meet the insurance inspector at the Home but never followed up to even ask me when they would be out. So, I went back to JNT. Marcus immediately called me back and made an appointment to meet me at the home. He was even considerate enough to let me know he might be 5 minutes late. Communication is big with me and he went above and beyond. Sure enough the insurance adjuster decided the damage was only 550. I forwarded the estimate to Marcus who BEAT that estimate. They completed the work within a few days. The upshot is that I will be using JNT in the future for both large and small jobs. They delivered while others would not even respond.

The initial call with Faith was great. She was extremely helpful and had someone come out to inspect my roof within 2 days. Josh was prompt and courteous. He was very professional. Provided me with an estimate and had someone at the house to do the repairs within an hour. Would definitely recommend this team. Great job!
