I have been trying to get a refund because they charged my mom twice for my brother's graduation items, this was back in may and when I try to email them about it they never respond!!!! This is the worst experience dealing with a refund. They need better service.

This is the worst company to deal with when it comes down to getting answers and your graduation things for the seniors. Really don’t know why school districts continue to use them when the service is very poor and expensive, everyone must be getting a kick back from the sales. Ordered invitations still have not received anything, can’t talk with anyone only email takes forever for a response. When I did get a response it was a very nasty email, tried calling the corporate office no luck. To me they could careless about ratings and how customer feel because they know school district will continue to use them for cap and gown purchases so they will not miss out on making money or anything else. The school district should care more about the students and the families that have to spend money with this company. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

Worst company ever! I placed an order April 27th 2020. My son's graduation picture and a poster for the yard never did I receive the poster for the yard on May 16, I receive wrong photos I emailed the company to tell them that I received the wrong photos. We have been emailing back-and-forth. I still have been able to get anything resolved!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY CAP AND GOWN FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND NOTHIN. GRADUATION IS THIS SATURDAY AND JOSTENS IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. THEIR ASSOCIATES AREN’T EMAILING BACK AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS. AND I’M ALSO BEING CHARGED FEES I SHOULDN’T. THIS IS HONESTLY PATHETIC AND THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED. I SHOULD NOT BE WORRYING ABOUT WHETHER I’M GOING TO GO TK GRADUATION OR NOT.
