When I needed to move my Mother from GA to be near me I checked 3 locations nearby! Juliette Fowler Communities was my choice and I never questioned my decision! I loved the smaller community and I could not have asked for more friendly staff! My mother was well taken care of during her 2.5 years at Fowler! Mother passed away 3 years ago and I am still involved with Fowler serving on a board and visiting friends I made while Mother was there!
IT TOOK ELLEN THREE DAYS TO CALL ME BACK ONLY TO TELL ME THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE A BED AVAILABLE! ELLEN NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO CONFIRM THAT SHE RECEIVED MY REFERRAL. I CALLED AND LEFT NUMEROUS VOICE MESSAGES FOR A CALL BACK. ELLEN NEVER CALLED BACK!! I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A CALL ON DAY ONE TO TELL ME THAT THERE WASN'T A BED AVAILABLE. I HAVE WASTED THREE DAYS THINKING THAT I WAS WAITING ON A CALL FROM ELLEN TO TELL ME THAT INSURANCE AUTHORIZATION HAD BEEN OBTAINED. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY FOR THE LACK OF RESPONSE. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF I CAN HELP IT I WILL NOT REFER TO JULIETTE FOWLER BECAUSE OF ELLEN'S LACK OF COMMUNCATION AND WASTING THE CUSTOMERS TIME.
It is a really good place there good staff
I have had my mom at a few places and I think Juliette Fowler was the best. I loved the staff and all the workers and will miss them. We had to move my Mom from there because she had some problems they couldn't accommodate. By far, it was the best in Dallas as far as good care.
