Exceptional service from the first point of contact to the removal. The effective communication and timeliness is beautiful! I can tell this business has strong morals and prides itself on the customer experience. The gentlemen showed up wearing masks. They were very warm, positive and very professional. These guys were great, called ahead to give me an eta and asked about how much stuff I had so they could be sure they had enough room to load on their truck.. from the minute they got here. By far the easiest thing I’ve ever done! I texted a photo of the item I needed removed, and within 15 minutes I had an estimated price and appointment time confirmed. I received a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived. Following COVID-19 safety guidelines, both men wore mask, were super friendly and fast! The entire removal took less than five minutes! I will definitely be using Junk King Dallas again and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a very large armoire that needed to be picked up for donation. The team immediately realized that more resources would be required and this was addressed within 10-15 mins. They conducted themselves very professionally while taking care as to not cause any damage to my home. This was an extremely large and heavy piece of furniture and really appreciated their hard work in removing it.
