Zero stars ! Be prepared to wait if your getting live loaded ! BEWARE ! Your better off taking your 10 hour break at this place ! Been here now for 8 hours ! and They are still NOT done loading 26,000 pounds ! Billion dollar company with penny attitude ! Sure they set it up for drop and hook..but what about the folks who have to live load? Live loading must be Zero on the list !!! Stupid ! Im getting detention sure but now my log book is gone ! places like this should be looked at by the FMCSA seriously ! You cause a driver who is trying to make money and feed his family uncalled for delays ! Im sure if I came into Your office Kimberly Clark desk pen pushers and made you wait over 8 hours to go home at the end of your day all heck would break loose...Where is respect and common sense and work ethic today ? In the trash thats what ! Corporations like this have taken from America not added to it !
Horrible location! Just horrible. If you are going to pick up here, be prepared to wait 4 hours just for them to start unloading. If you are delivering to an Aldi's warehouse, they will reject pallets and put them back on your truck. This location has a horrible record for loading rejects on your truck. Bad deal all the way around!
