I was served by a man named Tim I believe. He said he originally owned this location but now works at a different emissions store and was filling in for this location. He was the nicest and most selfless man I have met in my life. I live an hour away and will continue visiting here for my emissions because of this man. He went out of his way to ask how I was doing and prayed over me when I said I wasn't doing well. Please give this man a raise, he deserves it.

At New Hope Emissions, Mr. Wheeler (I think that's his name) goes above and beyond for his customers! His is so kind & nice; any questions you may have, he tries his best to explain where you understand. And when/if your car fails, he explains what the codes effect, what they mean and what your mechanic might have to fix, in order to pass. And even if all you need is a new gas cap, he'll let you know (and it's the cheapest & fastest fix). He really seems like he wants to help & cares for his customers by helping them save money when they have to get a mechanic to fix whatever code comes up!

Was looking out for a nearby emission testing. Needed my emission test done quick as the renewal of tags are coming up. Friendly staff and I was in and out of testing Center pretty quick. If you want to get it done by 17 pay by cash, if card it is 1 extra. It was tricky to get to the entrance if you are coming from the opposite road. Other than that everything went smoothly. Until now I did not know that you can renew your tag online after your emission testing done. These testing machines are directly linked to the state system. I was able to renew my tag online without going to the county tag office. Will visit again next year. Note: I tested during Covid-19 pandemic, the staff wore mask and gloves and had sanitisers available in the shop.
