The store itself is pretty and filled with tons of beautiful dresses. To bad the costumer service doesn't match the storefront... We came in on a Sunday and the store was empty. The only attendant was a woman. She was rude from the beginning but it was very clear we weren't good enough for her business when we asked about a crown with butterflies. She quickly repliedin Spanish \We don't work with that nor with anything that says 15\. We took our business elsewhere.

Beautiful dresses! One of a kind. Yes the prices are high, but looking around the area we went back in and purchased a dress. The QUALITY is worth the price. You can layaway the dress. I made a hefty initial deposit so it would be easier to pay off. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service ever! This place was empty walking in and we were told an appointment was needed to try on dresses. Obviously they do not want the business so we shall take it elsewhere. Reviews were negative, but I wanted to give them a shot anyway. Big mistake! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste time here.
As a customer you want to feel welcomed to your business. Upon arrival after passing several similar stores we were not greeted or helped. I was optimistic about the reviews however I still gave it a shot. There were two employees sitting behind a counter sowing some stones to a dress (maybe too busy to assist). We looked around but the service was just not satisfying so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Glad we did because we went with one of their competitor and purchased the dress without hesitations.
