My story is pretty short. I made an appointment with them to come to my house and repair a printer. I have a very busy schedule that doesn’t allow me to sit at home and wait for hours. We agreed on a certain day from 2-6pm. Nobody showed up. No apologize calls, text msg or any warning that the appointment has to be canceled due to (any reason). 100% disrespectful way to work with customers

We are a K-12 education organization and had a fast-approaching deadline to print thousands of pages of curriculum materials. Our printer was completely out of service, so we called Charles and his team to help get it back into working condition. We had some road bumps along the way, and lots of parts needed to be replaced and ordered, but Charles tracked down exactly what we needed in just enough time to meet our deadline. They were great at keeping in touch and making sure all our needs were met, and the team was responsive and punctual.
